Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified in any way once they are placed. Please double-check your cart contents, including sizes and colors, before placing your order, to make sure you get precisely what you intended.
I entered the wrong address; can I change it?
If your order has not been fulfilled / shipped yet, we will do our best to change the address for you.
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure that your e-mail includes the correct address if you reach out to us, so that there is no back and forth responses. If the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made to the shipping label or destination. Please double-check your address when placing your order to avoid any trouble.
I placed 2 orders; can you combine them?
If the two orders are placed within fifteen minutes of each other, our system will combine the orders and automatically refund one of your shipping charges.
If 24 hours have passed and you have not received a refund about your order, please reach out to us and let us know.Orders placed more than 15 minutes apart from each other cannot be combined.
Are discount codes available during the sale?
So that we can continue giving you these amazing prices, all discount codes are deactivated for the sale. Prices these low don't really need them, trust us!
How long willit take to get a reply?
All e-mails are replied to within about 24-48 hours. We do not ignore any e-mails, so please do not send more than one e-mail. Sending more than one e-mail will send your inquiry to the back of our inbox, and that would be no fun. Please do not message us on multiple platforms, such as Instagram, E-mail, and WhatsApp. This will only further slow down your time of getting a proper response.
Are there some countries you do not ship to?
Unfortunately, there are a few countries that we are unable to ship to. We do not ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Peru, Brazil, Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Iraq, at this time. Stay tuned for any updates if some of these countries begin accepting shipments.

How do I schedule a re-delivery?
If you are an international customer and need to schedule a redelivery, please reach out to express service company or your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they could further assist you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide and are so grateful to have shipped to over 50 countries so far. Unfortunately, We do not ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Peru, Brazil, Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Iraq, at this time.
When will I receive my order?
Usually 6-15 working days. Feel free to use the tracking number in your confirmation e-mail to keep an eye on the provided details for your order while it's in transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return my order?
Non-customs items: Due to COVID-19, we have expanded our return and exchange policies to accommodate any areas with quarantine restrictions. We accept the return and exchange of any non-customized items on new and saleable terms within 30 days from the date of arrival. The nominal team shall decide at its discretion whether the item can be exchanged or returned under clear conditions.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. To start a return or exchange, please contact our email email@example.com
International returns and exchanges: We are currently unable to process return labels for international customers.
The return shipping fee must be paid by the customer, and your refund/exchange will be processed after receipt of the goods. If you want to exchange goods, additional freight will also be incurred. If any nominal order error is wrong, we will pay all costs to make it correct. If your order has any defects or errors, international customers will always enjoy our entire replacement warranty and will not expect to pay any shipping costs.
